If the string is not properly wound around the tuners post it will slip, when you loose tension you loose tuning.&amp;quot; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I always had to tune my guitar quite often, but maybe that was because the strings were old (2 years now) or because it sometimes took months before I played again.
